Suckless Workout

These past couple of months I've been testing out a beginner push-pull-legs routine, which unfortunately I've found unsatisfying as someone who not only just started, but who also isn't really feeling progress or a decent increase in strength. Obviously results come from training certain muscles more than just once a week.

I'm currently on an upper-lower split 5 days a week. I jump rope for some time as well.
